Changing extensions in V20

I have to move a few users around and update their extensions. Is that possible in V20 or will I have to delete and recreate the users?

I assume these users are geographically distant, otherwise, you could simply pick up the existing phone and move it to the new location? If you are talking about changing their extension number, in that case you will need to delete the user and recreate. Please provide a little more information about your need.

Yeah, I need to change the extension number from 498 to 401 ect. Hoped I would be able to do it without resetting their passwords.

Those can’t change; you need to create a new one I’m afraid.
