Changing IP Phone Ringtone

Please can we have some sort of system level options to change ringtones without having to resort to deploying custom provisioning templates?

Usually the first question asked by a customer after a new deployment would be "Can you change the call queue ringtone? We don't like it" (90% of our new deployments are Yealink T4x series)

In v15 custom templates seem to create more problems than they fix, and also affects our ability to receive support from 3CX

+1 for this here - customer wants to differentation between external and internal calls for two seperate teams.

+1 also it would be great if it were possible to change the ringtone on the IOS/Android Client.
