I had to change a block of IP addresses and it should have gone smoothly but I ran into the strangest problem.
I switched the addresses from Comcast, modified the router/firewall, and told Flowroute where to trust me. Picked up the phone and was able to call myself Friday night. Monday morning call from user can't hear other side of call. I checked the firewall and it was okay. Flowroute wanted a packet capture from our exterior IP address. I wasted a couple of hours and as a last ditch grasp, I deleted the trunk for Flowroute and recreated it and viola...all systems nominal.
Hope this helps others.
