Hi,

As above, we have changed ISP and all went well with 3CX in terms of changing the static IP to the new address. All outbound and internal calls are fine.

We have an issue however, where incoming external calls are dropped after 32 seconds. Our SIP provider has looked and can see that the logs are showing the contact header is still using the old IP address.

Can anyone advise where I change this in the SIP trunk outbound parameters please?

Logs as follows:

Via: SIP/2.0/UDP NEWIPADDRESS:5060 ....
Contact: <sip:phonenumber@OLDIPADDRESS:5060>

As the ACK doesn't respond, the call is dropped.

Cheers,

Jon

Thanks Saqqara, I was just in the process of typing a reply - but thanks for your response, it was spot on.

Ok, so I have done a bit more digging and answered my own question!

For those that have a similar issue, the answer is to go to SIP trunk > Options and then change the field that says " Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields". This was set to use default settings, which worked previously, but after updating it to specify the new IP, it all works great.
