Currently, PBX can and will accept TCP connections for SIP communications with no relation to port it uses. Outgoing TCP connections will not be established in normal cirumstances (yes, there's exceptions but it is too complex to explain it here). Moving it to port 5090 will not help. When changing SIP port make sure it is not taken by some other application. For example, 5090 most probably taken by 3CX Tunnel. 3CX PBX can not run if specified SIP port is not free on its start.
