chat - big files not beeing sent

hello,
we have trouble sending files in 3cx chat.
this only happens in some locations, those locations have bad internet speed (2mbit upstream)
the photos are taken by iphones and are around 5Mbyte big.
for some reason the photos cant be sent, there is an entry in the chat but the files are not sent:



why cant 3cx chat compress the images before sending them?

It compresses the images.
The thing is we allow up to 16Mb file size (I think by default) and image of 5MB is good enough.

You maybe right and specifically the image target size might be even smaller. Or specifically configurable. We can think about it yes.
