Solved Chrome Client - not seeing Yealink DECT W53H

Hi Forum,

Can anyone confirm if they have the Yealink DECT W53H appearing as a connected phone in the Chrome Extension?

3CX - 16.0.493
Chrome Extension - (Version 2.0.0.10)
YeaLink W60B - (77.83.0.20)
Yealink W53H - (88.83.0.90)

Under 3CX Phones I can see the Extension and the SIP-W60B assigned to the correct extension

If the a SmartPhone is connected this appears in the Chrome Extension.

Is there a trick or is it just not possible for the Chrome Client to see the W53H Phone?

I have reprovisioned the W60B and restarted it a couple of times.

It is connecting via an SBC (proxy settings in the W60B) to a Hosted 3CX system.

The W60B does have multiple accounts ie multiple extensions.

Any help would be appreciated.
