Hello, I have a end user that wants to have the 3CX window pop-up infront of everything when a call comes in, it does not seem to go over the Remote Desktop session that is open. 3cx stays in the back ground.

Is there a way to always force a popup/notification at the bottom right when a callcomes in?

Hi @Edo-JV,

Can we clarify the scenario? Are you running remote desktop on a machine and when a 3CX call comes in on the local machine, the browser app is not being brought to the front over the remote desktop window?

or

Are you connecting to a machine via remote desktop that is running 3CX, and when a call comes in, the browser app is staying in the background regardless of what is open?

The local computer runs the 3cx Chrome Extension.

The user then connects with RDP to a server.

When a call comes in, the Chrome Extension does not go over the RDP window, it blinks in the background.

Hi Edo,

It's probably your RDP client that isn't allowing the chrome extension to pop on top.

The best I can recommend in this case, is to update the RDP client on your PC or switch to a different RDP client.
