Solved CID Blacklist format

How exactly do I need to make my CID blacklist entries? If we get a call from (408) 555-1212, can I simply add an entry for 4085551212, should I prepend a 1 or a +1?

This depends on how the call is coming in the PBX, you can however use a wildcard to ensure the match, for example *85551212
