Good day everyone,

My Voice provider requires of me to have numbers being dialed in this format 012 345 6789 but numbers are saved in +27 12 345 6789, the +27 represents a 0 in South African dialing codes.

Could anyone kindly assist me with building an outbound reformatting rule to replace the +27 with a 0.

+27 12 345 6789 must reach the voice provider in this format 012 345 6789

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanking in advance :)

Hi there Saqqara,

Thank you very much for your response, some numbers in the contacts list are already in the correct format. I assume that setting would remove the 012 345 6789 and dial 345 6789?

In the outbound rule , 'Apply this rule to these calls' with prefix +27 and then strips 3 digits (this will remove +27) and append 0

Also check your E164 settings, under Settings

All resolved, thank you very much for your assistance.
