just stuck on a little problem. does anybody know how to make the line key extension numbers appear when your about to transfer a number?
the problem is when a user goes to transfer a call to another extensions they have to actually know the extension number.....now the line keys are already configured to show the extensions but they can only be used for the initial call not when transferring a call when on a call.
any ideas?
