Hello

Does anyone know if you are using a commercial version of 3CX can you have buttons on Cisco 79XX phone for call parking and Blind forwarding?
As far I can see your cannot modify buttons on the free version.

Hello Comprac,

You will need the standard or Pro edition to use the call Parking feature. Please refer to the link below for more detail regarding the Free Edition vs Commercial Editions.

But can you program the buttons on the Cisco 79XX with a Standard version of the software?

If we cannot program the buttons of a Cisco 79XX then the solution is a no go for our customer..
