Cisco 79xx line key provision difficulty (LN, SPx, SD,etc.)

System: v12 trial license
Phones: Cisco IP 7940 & Cisco IP 7960

Using management console I have assigned BLFs starting at line 3: BLF, SP0, SP1, SP2 on specific 7960 phone. I have verified that the system has saved the configuration because I can come back to the phone provision screen for this phone and line(x) assignments are configured. However, the SIPxxxxxxxxx.cnf file in the provision Data folder does not have the custom assignments for the keys. The cnf file for this phone still has the DEFAULT assignments for all Lines 1-6.

I've checked to see if there are further template updates for the Cisco 79xx series phones from the management console systems updates.

What am I missing in the provision process?

Hi there,
No BLF can be set for these specific phones, if you look in the template aswell there is no blf related sections.
