Cisco CP-8961

Will 3cx system support Cisco CP-8961 . Any way to hoop up with the system .

I will say no as 3CX doesn't support Cisco stuff at all (phones, ATA device etc) but we don't know 3CX relations and plans so just a though !

This is not planned to be supported.

As I described on your other post though, you can try to set it up manually and see if it works for you for your own needs.

There may be issues that make it incompatible or maybe it will not behave as good as a supported phone, with various 3CX features not working (ie BLF not working, or having the phone ringing with ghost calls etc)

If you are forced to use this device you will have to investigate it by yourself and see if you can make it work.

As always, we highly recommend to use phones that are on our supported list.
