Hello people, I installed 3CX on AWS for my office, however I had won some ips phones model 6941. After installing the 3CX it is working correctly, with the sip trunks the extensions that are installed on the cell phone and other Siemens WL2 SIP devices. however the extensions installed on the cisco 6941. they register normal on the 3CX make calls to any extension or external calls, so these extensions do not receive any type of connection, neither internal nor external. this is when I was using extensions to register directly with 3CX (AWS), now I installed a SBC so that only Cisco devices can register with it, and the same are registered but the error continues. Can anyone help me with this issue?

And what does the 3CX Activity Log show, when a call is attempted, to one of these phones? Is the Invite using the correct IP and local port, of the set? Is the correct information shown when the set registers?

Hi leejor

It is showing this information in the logs. When you call the cisco device, the call is muted for a while and then goes to voicemail

Wow, there are a lot of error messages in there. There are also references to a 3CX Bridge. You will have to provide more information on how your call is expected to route.
I'm not even sure what this is...
Contact: <sip:0c2724ba5a26@192.168.200.45:5060>
Is that a MAC address?

yes, and the mac address of the Cisco 6941 IP phone

I have no idea, what you have done, to cause a MAC address, to show up where one expect a phone number.
