Clarification on User Limit for Multi-Company Mode in 3CX Update 6

Hi Experts,

I’d like to confirm whether there’s any limitation on the number of users per company when Multi-Company Mode is enabled in 3CX Update 6. Specifically, can we configure one company to have around 200 users under this setup?

I came across the article below, which mentioned that only up to 20 users are supported in a multi-tenant configuration. I’d appreciate clarification on whether this applies to the new Multi-Company Mode in Update 6 as well.

200 users should not be in a multi-company system honestly.

Hello ACL,

There should not be any limit, apart from digit-length and license.

The whole idear about this multi-company is about reduce cost collecting many small customers together on one system.
However 200 user is not a small reducing cost story ?

The limit is your hardware and maximal possible extensions (5 digit)
