Hi all, I'm pretty new to all this, but I've managed to get 3CX working with Flowroute. Now, I'm trying to connect our Clearcom LQ interface, but I feel like I'm misunderstanding something due to terminology.

Below is the Guide provided by Clear-com. I believe the IP od the Sip server is represented by XXX.3cx.us in the 3CX dashboard, but I have no idea what the domain would be and nothing connects when I leave it not set. Does anyone have any ideas on what else I could try? ( it could also be that I'm using the wrong user and password, but I'm using one that I know I can log in to on a softphone).

Thanks for any help!

Update: I can see that the device is making queries in the activity log, but it always fails to authenticate:

; Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

I highlighted the last line because I believe I have checked and rechecked the extension and Password, is there something else I should be looking for?

So the Clear-Com is trying to register to 3CX as an extension? If 3CX and the Clear-Com device are local to each other, you'd use the internal/LAN IP of 3CX and not the FQDN unless you setup split DNS. If your 3CX is in the cloud, then the problem is likely you haven't cleared the check box 'Disallow use outside of LAN' for that extension

Thanks for your response, Turns out, after browsing other forums, that the required username is username#Auth-username

IE: (Extension)#(AuthenticationID)

Interesting. Was this in the Clear-Com forums?

No, this was in the ON-SIP forums, Clear-Com had no references.

Ok well thanks for posting it here should anyone else run into the same issue.
