Clearone Max IP Conference Phone

Anyone have information on how to configure Clearone Max IP conference phone with 3cx?

I'm trying to get one to work on my 3cx system. Actually, this was a Max IP Response Point which I had. I just put the current Max IP firmware on it. I've got it registered to my 3cx system. I can make a call and receive a call on it - but there is no audio once in a call. Do you have sample configuration for this device or other words of wisdom?
