Solved Click to Call

Hi everyone.

I'm looking for a way to allow clients to call certain extensions without having to start a chat first. Some have limited mobility, so I have created a phonebook page they can access on there phones, they can navigate the page with accessibility but I need them to be able to call the extension and bypass the chat.

Any thoughts appreciated!

Can you elaborate further regarding "chat"? You mean that you have to type the extension name?
Also are you using ip phones?

Sorry I'm referring to the 3CX talk function. When you select the link it comes up asking for whatever details you set, then it opens a chat window. I need to be able to directly call the person instead of going into a text chat. I hope I've make it clearer.

Actually the Talk Url of the extension, once you open it and press the "Call Us" option it will call the extension.
Have you tried this option?

I have, just looking for a way to essentially press the call us option direct, less steps involved and when I tested the link out with a client it wasn't intuitive to press it especially given its at the bottom of the screen

I'm afraid that there is no other option but to be honest this is just one click.But i also can see that pressing 2 tabs and backspace it makes the call in case this helps.
