Click to dial on 3cx

Hello i have configured my 3cx on my yealink all provisioned good and set but when i use the click to dial it does go to the window where you can proceed to dial and transfer to the phone and when you do that the im receiving a call from a caller ID MakeCall it does not go to the number i've dialed. Any suggestion on what im doing wrong? Thank you
