Hello Forums
playing with my 3cx webclient i was testing wether i could use an unsupported and therefore unprovisioned DECT device
to dial thru the browser / Click2Call.
Since the sip client / phone does not show up in the webclient like a yealink or softphone
it is simply not possible to redirect the call from browser to the DECT phone.
Phone is showing up in 3cx´s phones list but marked "unprovisioned"
therefore not possible to add the phone to an extension.
Sure i could use a supported DECT base or phone
but is it possible to use "any" client/phone speaking SIP for click to call via 3cx webclient?
do i have to create a generic template for phones?
and will this be recognized by the webclient?
cheers & have phun
