Solved Click2Chat URL is Internal IP Address

I was trying to setup the wordpress plugin for click2chat but the URL that is supposed to be copied is the internal IP address of my 3CX server. We are using a FQDN and all other features are working normally. Was this something I did wrong during the install or can it be changed?

Hi @brayds,

This is because you've logged in to your Management Console using that IP. If you navigate to your FQDN (https://fqdn:5001) the link will change to your FQDN instead.
