Clickable phone number in missed calls mail?

Hi, I have just set up Startup Free with a SIP trunk.

When I get an e-mail about a missed call - is there any way I could set it so the phone number in the mail will be formatted as a tel: link? That would make it much easier to open it with my preferred phone app for outgoing calls (which is a different app than 3CX). In the current mails I have to manually select the phone number, copy it, then past it into my phone app.

This is not a setting you can change in startup, but perhaps your partner could submit it as a feature request. It would have to be done in the email template.

Thank you! As I do not have a partner but have simply signed up for Startup and configured it myself - is there any way I could submit such a feature request? Or simply change the template for my account?

I believe the feature request forum (ideas) requires a gold or higher level partner level account. They don't need to be your partner, but they do need to be a 3CX partner. I am not aware of another way to submit requests besides this.

Or simply change the template for my account?

I do not believe you can change the templates in 3CX StartUP - you would need 3CX Dedicated to have that access.
