Clicking Noise at the receivers end

Hi all, I have recently upgraded to a Intel NUC to run our 3CX with a Linux install. Everything seamed to be going well until a few callers mentioned a random clicking noise on there end. Upon checking they were correct, it is random. Have checked the Codec's also tried not only the T23G's but also Android 3CX, same thing. We were running it on a windows 7 box prior for years no problem and simply changed the port directions to the NUC. Everything else if fine. Before i reinstall it on a win machine for testing, any suggestions?

Hi Ben,

If you are familiar with Wireshark you can capture a couple of calls and listen to the audio streams from:

a) the phone -> to the PBX
b) the PBX -> to the trunk provider

This can help isolate where the clicks originate from (i.e the device, PBX, or provider side)
