I have recently moved my 3CX to the AWS Cloud, and have a local SBC for the HT818.
2 of my trunks ane supplied by Xfinity modem, and require an FXO to connect to the 3CX.
I have been using a Grandstream GXW4104, but that does not seem to be supported by cloud based 3CX.
Is there an FXO that is supported?

Hi Sonny,

FXO devices are not supported for cloud installations.

See if you can talk to your provider to convert them into SIP trunks.
This will eliminate the need for FXO devices entirely.

Alternatively, consider porting your numbers to a 3CX Supported provider:

Thanks, that would be too easy:)
Problem is the 2 lines come with the broadband service.

You could try using VPN, or in some cases, if you spend some time on it you may be able to get it working. Getting incoming calls to work is usually easier than getting outgoing working, unless the gateway has a static public IP (not behind a router).

Thank you for the reply.
I am going to port one of the numbers to my VOIP provider, and forward the other number.
That saved $10/month. By having Internet, TV and voice I save $50/montg. If I drop the voice, there goes the $50/ month savings.

Just be a bit careful on the costs of the call forwarded number.

Probably when you receive incoming calls on the 2nd number, and forward it out, there will be some costs.

Those numbers are nou used very much
