Scenario:
1. 3CX system behind router at OFFICE
2. Router has opened/forwarded all necessary ports to static IP of 3CX PBX (192.168.2.20)
3. Two INTERNAL extensions registered to 3CX PBX
4. Same two INTERNAL extensions can make and receive INTERNAL calls
5. One EXTERNAL extension registered to 3CX PBX using STUN
6. INTERNAL extensions can call EXTERNAL extension
7. Same EXTERNAL extension cannot make calls to INTERNAL extensions or VoiceMail, ** FORBIDDEN ** on LCD

To sum up -

Internal extensions work just fine.

It would be helpful to know which extension numbers are internal or external; just for clarity and ease of read.

In any event, extension 5102 is not registered; yet appears to be internal. Due to lack of registration, it was forwarded to Vmail.

Just to confirm, all extensions show to be registered? None of the extension IPs show to be blacklisted?
The firewall checker passed all tests?
Is the external extension allowed to be used outside the local LAN? See the other tab for the extension and see if feature/function set correctly.

When you provisioned the phone, did you do so manually or via the provisioning tab and did you select the correct interface on the tab and regardless of how provisioned, use the settings as stated for an external phone?
