CNAME DID Logic Trunk

Hi everyone, I try show the name company when I call from 3CX but not working, My provider of sip trunk is did logic and they applied the cname display configuration so What else do I need to make it work?

What does not working mean? The receiving party is getting the correct number and no name/unknown? Or the correct number and the wrong name? You can check your using something like https://calleridtest.com/. Twilio will also do lookups. The country you are in matters as well as different countries handle caller ID differently.

The receiving party receives the correct number on their caller ID but should receive the company name. If I do a look up test at https://calleridtest.com with the number of my trunk sip if it gives me the name of the company, the call is made within the same city

Have you tried testing to a number of destinations (ILEC landlines). Some providers do not do (pay for) name look-ups. If your provider is sending the name, then in heopry, id shuld go through. If they have simply added your company name to a database to match your number(s), then it will still rely on the destination to "get" the name.
