Color Status not showing and Agent Status list no longer shows in Panel View

Can someone please help me. Status all shows as gray

This all happens after the update to the latest version of the desktop app

YES, this is the same settings for the AzureAD, Patient Services and DEFAULT

Does it work in webclient? Or if testing in webclient, does it work with the desktop app?

Does presence show in the mobile app?

Looks like this a temporary glitch and after the 3CX incident and users started to use the webapp instead of the 3CX app it is now resolve. Thank you all!
