Hi @GabrielaS_3CX . Just regarding this line in your blog:

"It’s anticipated that if a customer wants a license with IP phones, they will be guided to select a partner in a newly created partner directory limited to those partners with a PRO or Ent/AI multi-tenant".

Will this new directory automatically include partners that have set up an MT instance? Otherwise, how do I ensure I get included and can I also add a "blurb" to the listing?

We haven't worked out the details yet its something we will work on in Q1. It will definitely involve something automatic of course and some extension of the partner portal for you to indicate your interest in being listed and some text to explain the offer.

It will be promoted prominently on the SMB website at https://www.3cx.com/smb/
