Do you know if it is possible to make a call from the Windows Command Line ?

If you have pro version - yes - using "CallTriggerCmd.exe" found in "C:\ProgramData\3CXPhone for Windows\PhoneApp" as part of the "3cx Phone for Windows" package.

You can do HTTP Dialing as well with some phones.
