Please could you help me understand,
how can I set the configuration for my 3cx can set that my internal take an outside line telephone precise?

Marco,

In order that your 3CX system can receive and send calls upon an existing POTS telephone line, you need to use an FXO gateway.

There are many to choose from, but if you wish 3CX to control it then it must be a supportable device. You will find the list of supported device on the 3CX website.
