I would like your help on something about the 3cx ios and android app. We are 3 users in the same department and ring groop so in the instance of an incoming call naturally all 3 phones ring simultaneusly.
My problem is that if I for instance answear the call the rest 2 users are receiving no info about the answered call and they get a missed call. So the rest of the users dont have the information wether the call was answered or not.
My point is that we would like to have a common call log history on our softphones so that we know at all times what happened with a call on our company and how it went through.Having access to the recordings transcription text would be also really helpful.
Am i missing something cause i cant find something similar on my system. Any ideas??
