Thanks for your reply! I get that there are other tools like PBXMonitor out there with lots of features. But our tool is different—it’s all about sending simple, affordable downtime alerts via SMS and email. That’s it.

Just because other tools exist doesn’t mean there’s no room for something new. It’s like how we all use different phones or drive different cars, there is always space for tools that fit different needs.

I believe this is the whole point of the 3CX API—to give people more tools and ways to interact with the best phone system out there.
I’d really appreciate it if you could give it a try and let me know what you think. My intention isnt to make loads fo money but to share a tool I’ve been using for a long time, that I feel does exactly what I neeed it to do.

The CommsAlert app now can be used on any 3CX system either Professinal/Enterprise(AI) either via the Enterprise API or via HTTPs. Monitor all 3CX systems.

You can also control backups and updates via the interface. Monitor 3CX system versions and licencing renewals. All with SMS and email alerts.

Public system pages you can give you clients for there 3CX specifc uptime and status page.

PBXMonitor may have more features but you pay a premium for them.
