I'm trying to set the "Company logo for Webmeeting Portal"
Settings - Conferencing

I can upload an image and it seems to commit, but when I open a new Web Meeting, the logo isn't there. All I get is a placeholder that points to a URL that 404s.
The strange this is this URL points to a PNG, when I've in fact uploaded a JPG.

Any ideas anyone?

You'l need to open port 5001/443 to the outside depending on what you chose when you installed your 3CX PBX otherwise this and other WebMeeting and PBX features will not work. Also you'l need to make sure you have a non-expired PBX Certificate.

I'm not sure what you mean by this?
All webmeeting functionality appears to work, the only thing that isn't is the Company Logo.

If I right click the image placeholder where the logo should be, it points to
https://ketech-uk.3cx.net/docs/1e2ec2d2cedd0fa2d75121979ee2577e-ketech-uk.3cx.net-logo.png
This address 404s.
As this image is hosted on 3CX's servers, I fail to see how this has anything to do with my firewall.

I've ran the firewall test in 3CX and it passes.
Are you telling me there are other undocumented ports that need opening? Ports that aren't tested by the "Firewall Check".

All ports are documented.

See the document below with ports for V14 and V15.
https://www.3cx.com/docs/3cx-phone-system-v14-ports/

The image you "upload" from your PBX is in fact first uploaded by you into your provisioning directory. After a few seconds it is synchronized with our meeting server via your port 5001/443 (depends on what you configured for your https). If this is not open, then you'l have this issue.
