Transcription Service (Cloud) is not working.

Hello,

On my setup with 8SC AI license V20 U9. I have enabled transctiption and i am using 3CX Transcripton Service (Cloud).



The recordings show up and i have the option to Transcribe, but the Transcription field remains blank. Am i missing some configuration settings or is it a license problem?

3CX cloud transcription was available for enterprise plus license keys.

The available options for transcription for the AI edition are now Google, OpenAI, and Grok.

You can choose one of the above options for transcription.
