Solved Company Logo for Webmeeting Portal

I have 3CX v15.5 standard edition

I configured "Company logo for Webmeeting Portal"
in Settings - Conferencing

when I open a new Web Meeting, the logo isn't there. All I get is a placeholder that points to a URL that 404s

I have port 5001 is open from Internet

In 3CX Server, logo is saved in below provisioning directory
C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\byozpkdfnavzxxx\uc.png

Since port 5001 is open, this logo should synchronized from local 3CX server to 3CX meeting Server

I installed 3CX with own FQDN and used certificate issued by Active Directory Certificate Services and this certificate is bound to HTTPS 5001 port
Not from commercial CA

Does this certificate ( issued by Active Directory Certificate Services ) cause failure of logo synchronization from 3CX server to Web Meeting Server?
Anyways to overcome this ?

Hello @mobilowa

Please note that in order for your logo to be displayed you need a valid trusted certificate on the server side and https port open. Since you are using a self signed certificate the webmeeting server cannot contact your PBX to retrieve your logo. To overcome the issue you will need to provide the server a valid trusted certificate.

Is there any way I can complete remove Logo file from 3cx server and leave blank?

That way I can remove place holder mark from right top corner of Web meeting page .

This way web meeting page looks nice.
But I really can't remove this logo file from 3cx server and leave the field blank from admin console. I can update another file. But not remove completely

Any suggestions. . . Please

Please note that you cannot have the logo blank. You however revert back to the 3CX logo you had before changing it.
You can do that by navigating to settings / parameters and searching for company_logo and delete the entry by pressing the X on the right of the screen. Please do not change anything else in the parameters as this may result in unpredictable behaviour of the PBX.
