Conference call disabled in app

Hi there.

I'm new to 3cx.
Currently some friends and I are running a test of the system.
We're using Professional Annual ver 16.0.1581.

In the app neither conference call is shown, nor can I during a call push meeting and add participants.
The "meeting" button is grayed out.

A friend of mine has setup another 3cx server.
We compared most setting, and they are almost identical.
On that setup we can preform conference call and use the meeting button during a call.
That version i a Standart Annual 15.5.1581

Where do I look to identify the bug and solve it?

Can you see Presence, or Contacts? Have you successfully run the 3CX Firewall Checker to be certain that all required ports are open?

We've run the Firewall Checker and no ports are closed.
But we can't se Presence or Contacts.

If Presence isn't working (for whatever reason) , then I don't think that Conference or Meeting will work. You need to figure out why it is not working. Usually a port issue of some sort, either blocked, or the incorrect port to use, is specified somewhere.
