My apologies if this is not the correct category to post this in, this is NOT for video conferencing so I didn't think it should be there.
I was just notified that when using our conference call system through 3cx, sometimes it is half-duplex... meaning that only one person can speak at a time. I have tested it myself and not been able to duplicate the issue but our VP is very frustrated with it and swears there is something wrong with 3cx. I figured it was worth posting to see if anyone had any ideas?

- Server OS, Debian 9
- Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? Hosted in Google
- Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
