I witnessed a peculiar issue with the 3CX Windows client. A user was attempting to conference in another line and the conference button was greyed out and unavailable to click in the dialer, no matter what line they were on. Creating a conference was also not available through the conference button as well.
Re-registering and relaunching the softphone fixed the issue but I have never seen this issue before so I'm not sure what was going on. Any thoughts? Has anyone else seen this?
