My provider gave me a SIP trunk with a similar detail like this below. I need to have two nic cards, one for my provider which does not allow to have internet and another nic to access internet to have multiple voip accounts "callcentric, mydivert, etc".

Nic1 will access internet and will access my phones,
configuration NIC1 IP 192.168.1.10, MASK 255.255.255.0, gateway192.168.1.254 - DNS 192.168.1.254

NIC2 will access SIP trunk from my provider.
Configuration NIC2:
IP Central - 202.222.11.145, MASK 255.255.255.248, gateway - 202.222.11.150 - DNS 72.38.273.26
Proxy 72.38.273.16
Porta 5060

I have created two routes ,

route ADD 202.222.11.0 MASK 255.255.255.248 202.222.11.150
route ADD 72.38.273.0 MASK 255.255.255.248 202.222.11.150

So, voip on Nic1 is working well but the second one does not work, do i need to do something on 3cx configuration? I'm using windows server 2012

note: the IP's are fake , just to explain my environment. also when I have those two nics configured, I receive the call but if I deny on 3cx client, the sender keeps ringing.

Thank you.

Hello @srjohny

You will also need to navigate to your trunk settings / Options and set the IP of the provider NIC under option "Select which IP to use in 'Contact' (SIP) and 'Connection'(SDP) fields".
