Configure Cisco SPA303 Behind SBC for Cloud Hosted v15.5

I have a new customer moving away from Ring Central and they have all Cisco SPA303 phones. We are running 3CX v15.5 in Google Cloud Free Standard and I am installing 1 Raspberry Pi SBC at 1 office and installing Windows SBC at the second office. I configured both SBC's and I am trying to figure out how to configure the Cisco SPA303 phones to work behind the SBC's. I already factory reset 1 Cisco phone but can't seem to find where to configure the provisioning link and if I am even configuring the extension correctly in 3CX.

There is no SBC support for those phones. The only supported configuration would be a site-to-site VPN with no NAT/firewall between your site and the 3CX instance.

Please note that these phones are not supported for remote provisioning which includes SBC and STUN. You can only provision these phones as local which will require a VPN connection between the Phone System and the remote site.
