Configuring Holiday Messages Easily

To quickly Import / copy Holidays across departments from the "admin portal" would be great when you have 62 departments and over 1200 users. Anything planned in this space would be great.

Whilst there's no GUI for this, you could look at Voiptool's holiday importer tool or it looks to be possible via XAPI if you ask an AI to create you a script, it looks to be possible to add entries across all departments quickly. I've never done anything with xapi so couldnt tell you anymore

We have mass holiday feature on our management platform called Easy Holidays as well as a ton of other cool admin features to make mass management easier. Check it out in my sig. One of our platinum partner's created 1600 holidays in about 5 minutes across his systems. We have prompt duplication warnings, call flow simulation, pick it lists for holidays, deal with observed holidays, missing holidays, and more.
