Configuring incoming Caller ID properly

Hi, i'm a new 3CX user from Singapore trying to configure my incoming caller ID correctly.

Currently the incoming number is displayed as 12345678:SIPTrunk 12345678

how do i configure it to +6512345678 only?

I've tried using the below but was not successful as i do not really understand it.

Source Pattern: (.*)
Replace pattern : +65\1

but the result is still showing 12345678:SIPTrunk +6512345678

how do i remove 12345678:SIPTrunk ?

If part of the call display information is being added by 3CX, because you have the feature enabled, then you will have to disable, to allow only the sent caller ID, which you can modify.
