Conflicts on 3CX Debian installation from ISO

I downloaded recent ISO of 3cx to be installed on my vmware virtual machine. After loading ISO i got message that installaion do not find preconfigured installation files and quit. I follwed another posting on this forum and installed debian 10 OS and followed the postd 3cx installation command but on last command it failed with some error related to dependencies not found. Can some one please give me the step by step commands which i can run on cli and be able to start the 3cx installation wizard. I will be thankful for this.

Here are the errors I got during running those installation commands:

Note: i tried the hosted version but it doesn't have generic sip trunk provider option available. Will I be able to reach my goal of installing generic and non 3cx listed trunk provider if i install on my premises ?

For a start, you need to delete the 3CX hosted version if not already done - https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/delete-instance-hosted-by-3cx.75573/

When installing the onsite debian version, did you configure the network card and does it have access to the internet

Part of the installation, is downloading the required packages for 3CX

step 2.4 configure network card - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

On premises version does have the generic sip option

Hi,

I think you probably haven't downloaded our latest ISO, the one you have refers to Debian Jessie, a Linux version released 6 years ago.

Please login to your customer portal, then click "downloads" on the left menu, and then pick the ISO that says (V18).

You should delete the current machine you have now with Debian Jessie and start from scratch

I started from scratch. Deleted last machine, donwloaded 3cx v18 latest. still I am getting following screen

That is a clear sign that the VM cannot access our downloads server. You might have some more work to do on the network config of your VM environment.

Without out access to our downloads server you cannot proceed I'm afraid.

I tried every single thing but all failed. it also disabled firewall completely to test. this Red screen error not going away regardless of what I do. i made sure to assign network information to network config. I also tested Freepbx on same server befor 3cx and that works. however i dont want that one. I am really frustrated as i am working on same thing again and again for last few days without any luck. Please help me.

Out of curiosity, during the installation, did you try to set a static LAN IP?
If you did, try to repeat the install without setting a Static LAN, then set it afterwards once the install is done.
