Connect XCapi to 3CX

Hi!

I am trying to connect our faxserver which is using XCapi to our 3CX. XCapi supports 3CX but i am not able to register the software to 3CX. I created an extension and followed the guidelines, but i am getting the following error.

I created a new extension and first i was not sure which username and password i would have to take, so i tried both: extensionnumber with webinterface-password and auth-id with the password, but both don't work.
Does anyone have an idea what to check?

We are using Version 16.0.655

If anyone else will have to do the same just switch to "all options", go to "SIP" then enter the extension to username, auth-id to username (authorization) and the password. Then it works.

Glad you figured it out. Since you said Xcapi supports 3CX I was going to say you should go ask them for help since it doesn't work the other way (3CX supporting Xcapi).
