I've tried to make 3cx open a new ticket whenever is got a call. This is what I've tried. so far
this is the parameter is used:
https://ww##.autotask.net/Autotask/...nd.aspx?Code=NewTicket&Phone=[%CallerNumber%]
I can see autotask trying to open the window for a brief second but than it closes it again.
Does anyone experience the same. or did they in the past. And if yes did you find a solution.
The second question is also after setting it up on the pc application. Can we also get this to work when answering the handheld phone. My model is the fanvil X4U
If anyone knows how to fix this I would love to hear a solution.
