I have installed the latest Elastix and defined several IP extensions sucessfully. We have a PRI trunk card used for outside connections.
I need to connect one of our analog fax machines to our PBX, allowing it to send and receive fax messages both inbound and outbound. For this purpose, I bought a Cisco Linksys SPA1001 gateway.
I have created an SIP account for this purpose, and tried a few things, but to no avail. The gateway connects, and works fine with an analog telephone set. But when connected to the fax machine it doesn't work.
Is there any basic documentation that I can read for setting up this fax connection ?
