Connecting to Broadsoft Broadworks (New Global Telecom)

I can not get the outbound voip line to register. NGT uses a SIP ID, AuthID, and Password. I have used the sip id lets say 2125551234 authID ngt1234 password ngt1234 if i put these setting directly into a phone it registers. The phone registers to the pbx server but the server does not register with the softswitch. Where should I put these items the softswitch is looking for so it can register?

Thank you for your post. You mention the pbx server and the softswitch - which one is 3cx phone system? Also are you talking about a VOIP provider that is not registering? Which phone are you using?
