Contact Import - Not importing FirstName or LastName

Followed this: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/pbx-crm-integration/

Used the CSV format specified in that page

All other details for import are successful, including Company

FirstName and LastName are not imported on any import item

Included sanitised example, with single line of dummy data - it has the csv format I am using

your CSV is not good, you miss the 2 first coma for first an lastname.
I've imported your file with same result.
Just do an export to have the right format you'll see the difference.
Added "first" and "last" as names for a try in your file and imported with complete infos successfully

There's a few things missing. Create a contact in your management console, then export it so you can have a valid file.

Then edit the file to add your data, but don't leave anything behind (including the unused fields)

I also noticed your file is not UTF-8 like the system produces, so you might want to review that and make sure it's the same (just in case).

I've used the file for an import test without any problem even it is not UTF-8 encoded
