Contact URL Won't Edit

Had contact URL working just fine. But I needed to make some changes to it and make use of the extension instead.

So in the CRM integration I've removed the suffix and prefix entirely, in the chrome extension turned it completely.

However, when incoming calls arrive the old contact URL setting still keeps popping even though right now its removed and turned off everywhere. I've tried a different user, coming in on a different number and tried on a different computer but alas the old flow just keeps going..

Any ideas?

Clear CRM contacts in the Console > Advanced > Contacts.

The Contact URL is considered the "primary key". So when you return a contact with a new Contact URL, even with the same name and phone number, it is considered a new contact. So you will end up with duplicated contacts. In addition, the first existing contact is selected, so you will continue seeing the old URL in the Web Client.

The solution proposed by @Frederick Marcoux starts over the synchronization, so you will get the new URL.

Ok, I wasn't explaining myself clearly enough. I wasn't talking of individual contacts, I meant the general Contact URL settings. I had turned if off completely in the integration settings and in the extension settings and yet the external page continued opening on inbound call.

What I wasn't aware of was that there was a 3rd setting for Contact URL which was in the dialler menu. Found it, fixed it. Thx.
